Dear Mary,

Thank you, once again, for sharing the culture of Mexico with the students of Los Gatos High School. The twenty-seven colorful photographs depicting the Day of the Dead were dazzling and captivating! The sugar skulls mocking death, the candle-light vigils, the total family involvement of even the youngest children so much different than the American view of death.

Your photographs were studied by students in nineteen Spanish classes (approx. 570 students) and three photography classes (approx. 100 students) and viewed by hundreds of other students who visited the library from May 27-June 3. All were culturally enriched.

Thank you for sharing.
